A 60-minute yoga class designed to intentionally unite breath and movement. Guided to release tension in the body and open your heart to exploration and self-discovery. We'll begin with a guided meditation, focused on bringing awareness to the breath, flow through our yoga practice and end with an extended savasana soundbath with crystal singing bowls, integrating the movement and practice into the body. Headphones recommended for the soundbath portion for best experience.
